How to become a dealer
To apply for a Seawide dealership, please download the appropriate dealer application and fax the completed form to 951-600-8530 or scan and e-mail to accounting@seawide.com.

The approval process typically takes 48 hours. However, the timeframe will depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information on the application and also on the promptness of trade reference responses, when terms are sought.
If you are located in California, we will require a CA Resale Card for sales tax exemption, or a Watercraft Excemption Certificate if applicable. If you are located in Washington State, we will require a copy of your Resale Permit. If you are located in Florida, we will require a signed copy of your annual resale certificate.
If we are making drop shipments for you, we will need the following form filled out and returned.
Multi-Jurisdictional Sales Tax form for the following states AL, NE, AR, NV, CA, CO, NM, DC, ND,GA, OK, HI, RI, ID, SC, IL, SD, IA, TN KS, TX, ME, UT, MD, VT, MI, WA, MN, WI, MO.

Pricing
Our catalog is published with the Manufacturer‘s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) allowing you to use the catalog as a sales tool for your customer. Once your Seawide account is established you may access our secure B2B website at www.seawide.com, with your username and password for current pricing, product availability, and to place orders. Or call 866-732-9433 to speak with one of our knowledgeable sales associates between the hours of 8AM and 8PM Eastern Standard Time. Wholesale prices are quoted for immediate sale and will be honored for 7 days. Special volume and package pricing is also available. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Open Accounts
Companies may be extended open account status upon approval of Seawide‘s credit department. Orders will be shipped on a C.O.D., certified check, or Credit Card basis until application is approved.
Payment Terms
Open account (subject to credit approval), C.O.D., bank transfer, M/C, VISA. Bank transfer is required on all international orders.
Returned Checks
All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee and may result in a change in account payment terms.
Return Policy
Click here to download the Returns PolicySeawide provides a 30-day return policy for stock items. Special order items may not be returned for credit.
In order to ensure traceability, finished goods or parts may not be returned for credit or replacement without prior approval. To obtain an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number, call 866-732-9433 or e-mail RMA@seawide.com.
When requesting an RMA number, please provide the following information:

Seawide reserves the right to return freight collect items returned for credit or replacement that are not in new condition and packed in the original factory carton.
All other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Note: RMA’s expire 30 days from the date issued. Please ensure all returns arrive in our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the RMA.
Warranty
All units are covered by a factory warranty. Many products have a 30-day out-of-box failure exchange policy. For products covered by an out-of-box failure policy we can assist with obtaining service or exchanges for these items.
Units beyond the 30 day out-of-box failure period that require service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
Shipping & Handling
All shipments include charges for freight, handling and insurance based upon carrier rates. Seawide ships via FedEx, UPS, USPS and assorted trucking companies.
Seawide ships all items F.O.B. to the delivery destination and is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
Please refuse to accept any items that arrive damaged. It is the customer‘s responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate carrier for any damaged items that are received or for lost items not received.
Drop Shipments
Seawide will drop-ship items to any address via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. Drop shipments on COD, Credit Card or Bank Transfer accounts must be paid prior to shipment.
Special Orders
Orders for any item not stocked by Seawide are subject to inbound freight charges. The delivery schedule of special ordered items is dependent on the manufacturer‘s availability and cannot be guaranteed.
MAP Policies
Many manufacturers have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and or Minimum Retail Price (MRP) policy. All Seawide dealers must follow MAP and MRP pricing policies.
Note: Failure to follow the manufacturers’ MAP and or MRP policy may result in termination of your dealership.
